Bitways Resumes Operations

Business challenge

A physical disaster can make servers, network equipment and connected storage unavailable at the same time. The priority was to restore virtual machines, data and network configurations quickly on recovery hardware, even under degraded conditions.

RDX solution deployed

Bitways uses RDX QuikStor and RDX QuikStation with Veeam Backup & Replication. Daily full backups are written to RDX cartridges, encrypted and moved offsite according to a rotation plan. This supports a 3-2-1 approach: multiple copies, multiple media types and at least one offsite copy.
